The Greät IKEÄ Ëxpërïmënt – Däy Thrëë

By RiggzFriday - June 29th, 2012Categories: Awesome, In The Field, Originals

In the beginning, I had no doubts that we could easily accomplish this culinary undertaking, and expected it to be an enjoyable experience the whole way through. Well, my perspective is slowly shifting and I feel I should let our dear readers know: we nearly didn’t make it to the coveted city of cupboards last night. One of us, I shan’t say who, suggested abandoning the project and getting sushi instead (!!!). Whichever one of us it was, we rallied together and forged on. The only raw fish I’ll be having this week is Swedish Fish.

The Greät IKEÄ Ëxpërïmënt – Däy Twö

The Greät IKEÄ Ëxpërïmënt – Däy Önë

By RiggzWednesday - June 27th, 2012Categories: Awesome, In The Field, Originals

Well, it’s actually happening. The Greät IKEÄ Ëxpërïmënt is underway and to kick off Day 1 of our six day journey, to see if this mom & pop shop called IKEA is the most “livable” furniture store in the world, we’ve invited along a special guest judge: CatRoommate’s resident “Jinius”. By RiggzTuesday - June 26th, 2012Categories: Awesome, In The Field, Originals

They also make food (füd?). And so, in a collective effort from the entire CatRoommate field team, we’ve decided to make it our mission to have five dinners and one breakfast at IKEA in one week. We’ll be included pictures of our meals, as well as a short assessment of the quality of said meal. Our ultimate goal? To determine whether or not IKEA is the one-stop zombie survival headquarters it claims to be!

Also… to find an excuse to post more regularly to CatRoommate (it was Kiddo’s idea!!)

By RiggzWednesday - June 20th, 2012Categories: Movies, Originals, Rant

I’m not ashamed to admit that I’ve seen all of the ICE AGE films up to this point*. With ICE AGE: CONTINENTAL DRIFT on the horizon, I feel it’s my duty to inform Blue Sky Studios that I won’t be skipping Scrat’s latest outing, neither should you, and here’s why…
